hi all! once again rapture is here. which means a whole lot of unfinished business here.

DANCE FUND
please bring $2.50 on wednesday. this applies to everyone. this money collected is for the flowers for the choreographers on friday night. and it's at esplanade, so presentable flowers must be bought haha. anyone who doesnt pay me by wednesday will hafta pay a fine; $1 per day, cuz time is running out very fast.

COSTUMES
as all of you know, rapture is in less than 5 days time. and none of you would wanna be losing your costumes, props, accessories etc at this point in time. and on friday, everyone and everything will be in a disarray. so, it's important to start labelling your costumes.

when we talk about labelling our costumes, we mean big fat labels. names MUST be written on every possible piece of costume, every possible piece of accessories, every possible piece of props. write your names in marker, on masking tape and paste your labels at conspicuous spots so that it's easy for people or you to identify the piece of costume. for people who are very prone to perspiring gallons of sweat after dance (like me ahha) you might wanna paste a piece of scotchtape over the masking tape to make it waterproof, otherwise if you perspire the ink on the marker might stain your costumes or your body. oh yes label your shoes as well.

you know some of your costumes might have those washing labels at the side? DO NOT write your name on those labels. they're too small and no one will see it.

to make this clearer, i've attached a picture at the bottom to show a sample of how the label should look like:



start labelling your costumes! they sld be labelled by wednesday and the latest, thursday. or else when you start losing your costumes your choreographers are gonna be real mad at you.

one more thing. prepare hangers with those clips attached (not the normal kind of hanger and you get two clips to clip). picture of the right kind of hangers is shown below. clip all the necessary costumes/accesories etc of an item onto one hanger, eg for corinne's dance, clip your cheongsam, your spanky pants, your stockings, your red cloth, your feathers and hair motif (if possible) all together on one hanger. this is to make your life more organised and tidier.
